Yeah Randall's mom make good pastries and cuncanun.
Yeah, she's been more supportive over the past few years, before she really didn't give a shit, but now i'm not as motived as before. I want to build something streetable with a/c but can still drive to the track and lay some times down, most likely all motor, but sometimes turbo runs through the mind to try something different. also motor probably be something different other than the usual b16a or b18c. only time will tell...

A 12 second D-series. You already have the a/c configuration for that. The engine can make the power. Just need to work out the weak tranny and axles for reliability.

blow up a motor, it cheap to find a replacement. That was my thoughts too. You could get loads of D-series engines for free. I went to Bryce's house once and he had more than 3 sitting out in the rain. Just waiting to be tossed.

It's unbelievable how people who wanted to buy it, tell me to take out this, take out that, etc. I give you XXX amount of dollars when it was for sale, i tell them i'm not parting out, then i say its not for sale and now they want to pay the full price....

That's why I hate selling cars. I usually go by word of mouth. Less flakers. We'll see what happens with the S13. Guy is supposed to pick it up next week, but I'll wait to see the cash.

Cheap for what it has. 8500 if I know the person I'm selling to. The turbo alone cost me 1250.

My house. I wanna put money into something that won't depreciate as easily. I've been putting it off for a while and the list is huge. It really needs new paint and garage door, but I really want a new bed. King size Tempur-Pedic is what I have my eyes on. I have primer for the house, but I gotta find time to clean first. Gotta spray Jomax+bleach to kill the mold/mildew and power wash.
Then there's other stuff. New flooring, more a/c units, new furniture, new appliances, build kitchenette on the deck, etc. I would like to just do a mortgage and redo the entire house at once, but my dad wants me to go slow and do one project at a time. I guess that's smarter given the economy. Better not to be in huge debt right now.

Really, yeah. But I think I'll do it myself. Just go nice and slow. It'll eventually get done. My dad already started on the yard. He seems to be going full blast now. The yard was all brown for the longest time. He's finally planting more grass.
I might just take this week off from lifting and start power washing. I hope the weather isn't too bad. If it ends up raining, I'll save it for another week.
fonto says I could borrow their power painter thing. I might just have to take him up on that offer. He says it's super quick with that thing.
