free if you get go phone. tried to load it on my sons phone but i guess we didn't get him minutes for so long that the phone deactivated.

Just grab a new $15 phone from walmart and load it on that.
Its a nokia that actually plays MP3 ringtones...for $15
And the thing can handle a 3 story fall and still make calls ( without screen)
