looking for 14" or 15" rims nice kine for an echo i tink lug pattern 4x100 lmk or maybe 16"kine if price is right no need tire but if get is ok

Go with a 17" combo if possible. 17" wheel/tire combos are just as cheap as 15". 17" tires are also cheap. 205/40/17 at TireRack is about 300 shipped for 4. Are they the best performing tire? No, but you probably won't need F1 handling from an Echo.

Just trying to save you some money and give you something to think about.
Tires and wheels are weird. Some cars like my old SE-R came with 195/55/15s. After killing my stock tires, I switched to 205/50/15s. 205/50 and 195/50 are cheaper than 195/55. 195/60/14s that my brother uses on his AE86 are more expensive than 195/50/15s.
